Introduction to WENZEL measurement machine

As stated above, we inspect the parts using WENZEL type LH54 CNC coordinate measurement machine. As our capacities allow, we also measure parts for companies which cooperate with us.

WENZEL coordinate measurement machine allows measurement of products with up to 0.001 mm tolerance; minimum internal distance which we can currently measure is 0.6 mm.
We have a calibration protocol issued and guaranteed by the manufacturer, WENZEL, which applies to our services provided using the measurement machine.

Max. axis movement of the measurement machine is x=500 mm, y=600 mm, z=400 mm.
Max. weight of measured product - load of the measurement machine - is 200 kg.
